iQ translates into “ideas for Qimonda” and is a simple system that captures ideas that focus
on optimizing processes or products, minimizing errors, cutting costs or driving productivity. Any
proposals that are accepted and implemented are evaluated and rewarded accordingly.
Ideas at Qimonda:
| Can be submitted by any individual or group of individuals employed by Qimonda |
| Are rewarded based on the resulting business or innovative value as well as the submitters level of involvement throughout the realization process |
| Are evaluated by the responsible manager or the iQ board using a company-wide points system |
