Presidential Committee

Our Supervisory Board has established a Presidential Committee. Among other things, this committee will handle, and will prepare resolutions of the full Supervisory Board on, all matters relating to the relationship between us and the Management Board, including the execution, amendment and termination of the service agreements with the Management Board members, as well as the appointment and removal of Management Board members. In this function, the Presidential Committee will carry out tasks that are normally carried out by compensation committees of U.S. public companies.
