SDR SDRAM Components

Synchronous DRAM uses a clock to synchronize signal input and output on a memory chip. The clock is coordinated with the CPU clock so the timing of the memory chips and the timing of the CPU are in syn. Synchronous DRAM saves time in executing commands and transmitting data and is thereby increasing the overall performance of the computer.

SDRAM allows the CPU to access memory approximately 25% faster than EDO memory.

We optionally offer products for industrial applications with Extended Temperature Range (iTemp) indicated by an "I" in the product type (e.g. HY I 39SC256160FE-6).

Denali models are available for Qimonda memory parts at www.ememory.com
