Consumer DRAM SDR
Consumer DRAM SDR is ideally suited for mainstream consumer applications. We
optionally offer products for industrial applications with Extended Temperature Range
(iTemp) indicated by an "I" in the product type (e.g. HY
I 39SC256160FE-6).
Synchronous DRAM saves time in executing commands and transmitting data and is thereby
increasing the overall performance of the computer. SDRAM allows the CPU to access memory
approximately 25% faster than EDO memory.
