XDR™ DRAM

Qimonda XDR ^TM (Extreme Data Rate DRAM) is a DRAM interface technology developed by Rambus. It offers highest performance and bandwith as well as highest bus efficiency. Reduced total component count with high bandwidth, fewer pins to controller and processor and PCB cost savings lead to system cost savings and improved EMI performance.
